Sustainable landscape design for sites of all scales

Newport, Rhode Island & Beyond
Fantastic landscape design.
That's it.
What defines fantastic landscape design?
Good looks. Functionality. Sustainability.
It makes you happy to be in.
It makes birds and bees happy too.
OUR MISSION
Dedikated Design takes a modern approach to landscape design that delivers biodiversity in an aesthetically elevated way.

Each project is a unique opportunity to enrich biodiversity, expand habitat and provide logical and enjoyable ways for clients to engage meaningfully with our natural world.

Using design apps, maps, photography and tech stuff combined with hand drawing, design ideas are communicated to clients in ways that are understandable and implementable.

APPROACH
A beautiful landscape simply is not enough anymore.
We live with landscape design and maintenance practices from an era before the realities of global climate change started noticeably impacting our everyday lives.

Global climate change is a disheartening subject. It feels like it’s an insurmountable challenge that we, as individuals, cannot positively impact in any meaningful way.

This simply is not true.
You can make a positive impact locally towards this global crisis by making key changes to your property with sustainable design.
When we realize what can actually be accomplished on our own property, we realize that there is an enormous potential to create environments that are beneficial to us and our community’s ecology. We can reduce the use of pesticides, fertilizers and gas powered maintenance tools. We can increase the diversity of wildlife and support dwindling species. We can contribute to food system stability. We can even talk about reversing climate change by the choices we make when designing and planting our gardens and landscape spaces.
